By using CONDUIT (c24converter.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

CONDUIT provides browser-local tools, server-side file processing, external AI tools, and media-link extraction. Current public tools and limits are described on the pricing page. We may change, limit, charge for, or discontinue features; any paid offer will state its current price and terms before purchase.

You must own, or have the right to convert, every file you upload. Do not use CONDUIT for unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, and do not attempt to overload, attack, probe, or circumvent the limits of the service. We may rate-limit or block usage that threatens the service or other users.

Some tools run locally; others send material to CONDUIT or the external providers listed in the privacy policy. CONDUIT server outputs and related job records are scheduled to expire after one day, but infrastructure removal may happen later. Provider-held data follows that provider's practices. CONDUIT is not a backup or storage service — keep your own copy.

No paid tier is offered on the current pricing page. If you later choose a paid tier, payment and subscription details are processed by Stripe and the displayed price and billing terms apply.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Conversions may not be lossless or perfect, and we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONDUIT and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service.

You keep all rights to the files you convert. The CONDUIT name, design, and site content are ours and may not be copied without permission.
