Depending on the tool, we process a file, image, mask, submitted media URL, conversion settings, filename, job status, and download metadata. Cloudflare and our service also process standard request and security data such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested URL, and timing. The current public tools do not require a CONDUIT account.

Local tools: Crop & rotate, Strip EXIF, Checksum, QR code, Add a watermark, and Make a ZIP process their tool input in your browser. Those files, text, and links are not uploaded by the tool. The page still makes ordinary requests for site assets and cookieless analytics.

CONDUIT server tools: Convert, Remove watermark, Resize, Compress, Favicon, and Trim send the source to CONDUIT over HTTPS for automated processing on Cloudflare infrastructure. A completed output and related job record are stored so you can download the result.

External AI tools: Remove background, AI upscale, and AI eraser send the source image to Fal.ai for inference. AI eraser also sends the mask you draw. CONDUIT fetches the returned result and stores the output for download.

Link extraction: Extract MP3 accepts supported public media links, including links from YouTube, TikTok, SoundCloud, Vimeo, Instagram, X, Reddit, Twitch clips, and Pinterest. CONDUIT may process the submitted URL on its server-side extraction service using yt-dlp and FFmpeg. Based on the source and service availability, CONDUIT may also use Tikwm, SocialKit, or an API reached through RapidAPI. Its authenticated Cobalt service is secured behind a Cloudflare Tunnel and may be used when that staged fallback is enabled. The active services and source media platform may receive the submitted URL and related request data when they retrieve the media.

Completed outputs and related job or download records that CONDUIT writes to Cloudflare R2 are covered by a lifecycle rule that schedules them to expire one day after creation. Expiration makes an object eligible for deletion; Cloudflare's physical removal can happen later. This is not a guarantee that every copy is deleted within exactly 24 hours. Download your result promptly and do not use CONDUIT as storage.

To enforce daily AI usage limits, CONDUIT stores counters associated with the anonymous service key and IP address in Cloudflare KV. Those counters are configured to expire after 48 hours.

Fal.ai, extraction services, source media platforms, and payment providers handle data under their own retention and logging practices. CONDUIT's R2 lifecycle rule does not delete data held by those providers.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are self-hosted. Cloudflare also processes request and security logs as part of hosting, delivery, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

The site uses browser local storage for settings, an anonymous service key, and the recent job log shown on your device. That job log can include a local filename, format, size, status, and time. Use the log's Clear control or your browser's site-data controls to remove it.

Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, compute, content delivery, security, rate limiting, and cookieless analytics. Fal.ai performs neural image processing. Link extraction uses CONDUIT's server-side yt-dlp/FFmpeg service and may use Tikwm, SocialKit, and RapidAPI-connected services. CONDUIT's authenticated Cobalt service may also be used when its staged fallback is enabled; source media platforms may receive requests. Stripe processes payment and subscription details only if you choose a paid tier when one is offered. Data is sent to these providers as described above, and their own policies apply.

Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with you. Because the current tools do not use accounts and job records are short-lived, we may not be able to identify a record without the relevant job information. Contact us with a request.
